About Electrician Hunts Point

How We Came to Work on the Points

Electrician Hunts Point started with a simple observation: a lot of homeowners here were being sold capacity they did not need. A new charger or a kitchen remodel would arrive with a quote for a full service upgrade attached, when a dedicated circuit or a load-management device would have done the job for a fraction of the cost.

So we built the business around the opposite habit. Before we recommend anything, we look at what the house actually draws, what the panel can carry and where the new wiring would run. Then we explain the options in plain language and put the one you choose in writing.

Today the work runs from Hunts Point across Yarrow Point, Medina, Clyde Hill and the east shore of the lake. The jobs vary, but the routine does not: measure, scope, permit, install, test, explain.

What We Are Here to Do

Our job is to leave every house safer and better documented than we found it, at a price that matches the work it actually needed. That means honest sizing, permits on file and a panel directory you can read.

It also means treating your home like the place you live: shoe covers on, dust contained, and the room put back the way it was.

The Habits Behind Every Job

Six things you can expect from us, whatever the size of the work.

Right-sized recommendations

We tell you when your existing panel is enough. Selling an upgrade nobody needs is not how we want to be remembered.

Permits handled start to finish

We file, we schedule the inspection and we are there for it, so the paperwork never lands on you.

Quotes you can hold us to

The written scope lists every task with one total. Changes only happen with your written approval.

Diagnosis before parts

On repair calls we test until we find the cause. Replacing parts at random costs you money and leaves the fault in place.

Work you can see and read

New circuits are labelled, junctions are accessible and you get a short walkthrough of what changed.

Respect for the house

Floors are covered, dust is contained and the work area is cleaned before we leave each day.

Where You Will Find Us

We work in Hunts Point, Yarrow Point, Medina, Clyde Hill, Kirkland, Bellevue, Beaux Arts Village and Redmond; the service areas page lists the details for each town.
