How soon can you come out?
Estimate visits are usually booked within the week, often sooner. When you call we offer the earliest windows we have and you choose.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The in-home estimate is free and you are under no obligation to book the work.
Which towns do you cover?
Hunts Point and the neighbouring Points communities, plus Kirkland, Bellevue, Beaux Arts Village and Redmond. If you are just outside that list, call and ask.
What if something stops working suddenly?
Call and describe it. During office hours we fit urgent repairs into the schedule as soon as we can and tell you a realistic arrival time.
What should I have ready before you arrive?
